Policies and Procedures 

 

• Full Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and hold your reservation. 

 

• The display is a rental. All of the signs are property of Sprinkle The Yard With A Card. 

 

• Please do not move or re-arrange any part of the display.

 

• For safety reasons, do not allow children or pets to play near the signs.

 

• The signs will not support the weight of an adult or child so please do not sit or lean on the signs. 

 

• We encourage you to pose by the sign and take lots of photos! Tag us on social media @sprinkletheyardwithacard

 

• We will take photos of our finished displays to post on our social media and website. If this is a problem, please let us know in advance. 

 

• Do not attach any objects or balloons to the signs.

 

• Do not mow or water the lawn while the display is installed.

 

• Please do not remove the yard signs from your lawn. We will be back to pick them up. If you need early pick up please contact us. 

 

• You will be invoiced for any damaged or missing signs.

 

• Note: Messaging Sprinkle The Yard With A Card is not placing an order. All orders must be fully booked through the website. 
   

• Design and Yard Card Placement: Sprinkle The Yard With A Card will choose flair and letters based on the infomation provided by you on the order form. We will do our best to choose items reflecting the interests/hobbies/colors listed on the order form. 

 

 

 

Delivery and Installation: 

 

• Our yard cards are delivered and installed between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM the night BEFORE your selected date. If you need special accommodations, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

 

• Birthday Yard Card rentals are a 1 day rental unless a longer installation time is selected. Baby themed Yard Card and New Home rentals are for 2 days. 

 

 

 

Refunds:  

 

• Our signs are waterproof and can be installed in the rain.  However, in the event of severe weather we may not be able to set up your yard card. If this were to occur, we will attempt to reschedule or offer a full refund. 

 

• A cancellation fee of $25 will apply to any order canceled within 48 hours of the installation date.

 

• Refunds will not be given if we are prevented from installing the yard card
  -The yard sign is a gift and the recipient asks us not to install
  -We are given the wrong address for installation

Liability:

​

• Sprinkle The Yard With A Card and all employees are not liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental signs.
